Cupcake Decorating - Sesame Street and The Muppets

For my dad's birthday I made some Sesame Street and TheMuppets cupcakes using roll-out icing/fondant. The cupcake stand I bought holds 23 cupcakes, so including the three Sesame Street sign themed 'Happy Birthday' decorations you can see in the image above, I made 11 muppets from The Muppets, and 9 muppets from Sesame Street. Below you will see three images of each muppet that was moulded; front view, side view, and a close up.

Each muppet took around 20-30 mins each to do (some even longer) depending on the level of detail involved. I moulded these over the course of 3 days because there were so many to do, but if you are thinking of trying this yourself, I highly recommend doing them all on the same day, or if this is not possible have your cupcakes made before hand, and once you have finished moulding one, place it on the cupcake straight away! Unfortunately I didn't use my brain which resulted in a few minor disasters for me! As previously stated, I moulded these over the course of three days, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The cupcakes were made on Thursday morning (so they would be fresh for Friday) but the fondant on the muppets I had moulded on Tuesday became brittle and began to crack (which you can see in a few of the images below).

Regardless I'm overall pleased with the results considering I've only ever moulded flowers before (I am very new to this form of art!). Hope you enjoy, any questions just leave me a comment :)
